Privacy notice

North East Tree Services collects the contact and project information you provide so the team can review and respond to your enquiry.

Information collected

This may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, the service requested, your description of the work and basic advertising attribution attached to the visit. Advertising attribution may include campaign parameters, Meta click identifiers and browser identifiers where available.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to contact you, assess the requested tree work, prepare the next step and measure advertising performance. It is shared only with service providers used to deliver and manage the enquiry.

Advertising measurement

The Meta Pixel records a page view when the residential page loads. A Meta Lead event is sent only after a genuine production enquiry has been accepted and its client notification succeeds. Form starts, validation errors, phone-button clicks and quality-assurance submissions do not send a Meta Lead event.
